Refund Policy

 

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your Tied by Juniper purchase. If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with the products you have received from me, you can return them for a full refund excluding delivery charges, within 30 days from their date of purchase ― as long as the products are in their original packaging and have neither been used nor show signs of having been used.

If you are returning an item because I made a mistake or the item arrived defective, e-mail me at hello@tiedbyjuniper.co.uk and I’ll make things right.

To return a product that is eligible for a refund, you should first e-mail me at hello@tiedbyjuniper.co.uk and I will send you the details on what to do next.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item, except in the event of defective products and other special cases authorised by me in advance. In this instance I will arrange to cover the cost of returning your purchase by 2nd class Royal Mail, I’ll talk you through it when you get in touch. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for returned items which do not arrive with me.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to me, I will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges. I am unable to re-send packages that are returned to me as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order. A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to me.
